Ratatouille🐀
My 5th Blog,
In this lock-down, I just sat in home watching movies
or web series. I had seen many cooking related movies, but Ratatouille is my
favorite. I love this movie too much not only for my passion of cooking but
also that movie has particularly good thought "Anyone can cook".
The movie-base on chef life and one of the
important advice's was given to all aspiring chefs and passionate cooks. If you are not brave
enough to take a risk you will not create anything new, this applies to all of
life but is particularly important in cooking. If you have not watch this movie yet I insist, you to watch it now you will rellay enjoy.
“Food always comes to those who love to
cook”
When I saw
the movie first time, I had craved to make Ratatouille at home. But that time
few ingredients were not available. When on 16th august, I saw
that movie again I decided to make Ratatouille. So, I went to market
brought required ingredients and finally made Ratatouille for lunch. Guess what ?? this dish was too yummy and delicious.
What is Ratatouille?
It is a French Provencal stewed
vegetables dish. The word Ratatouille derives from the Occitan Ratatolha and is related to
Ratouiller it means "To stir
up". Dish originating in Nice and sometime referred to as Ratatouille Niçoise.
There are two different ways to make this dish. The original way is to cook with
chunked vegetables in a both resembling a vegetable stew or in a decorated way with sliced and layered
like as in this recipe.
So be calm and read further because, it requires an art to make Perfect. 😅
